Job Description / Responsibility	Ability to develop organizational HR policy on Human Resources Review and up gradation HR Manual and policy Sound knowledge on labour laws, industrial laws and modern HR Management. Human Resources Development, Annual employee performance Appraisal, training and services. Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal, compensation, disciplinary action etc. Coordination and support to management team, project and departments heads.
