Job Description / Responsibility	Plans, organizes, directs and supervises financial operations of the Company. Ensure proper maintenance of Consolidated Client and Company Account. Forecasting likely commission earning, preparation of budget, ensure proper procedure in purchasing and various expenditures as directed by company Management. Preparation of tax return for the Company and others concerned. Ensure correctness in the preparation and maintenance of all kind of ledger, register, files and related documents. Maintenance of relevant documents as per existing policy of DSE and specified by the company management. Guides and assists department staffs on professional responsibilities and technical skills, prioritizes and assigns tasks, develops staff skills and conducts performance evaluations. Any other related task as assigned.
